Line or Brush? Fooling around….
Here, I’m trying to create some characters with ‘tude. One is done primarily with brush, the other with a deadline of a marker.

I prefer the brush drawing myself, as it seems more expressive and allows you to quickly spot blacks. Good exercise, though, to do both.
